White Stripes battle US Air Force
Rock band The White Stripes are taking on the US Air Force, complaining that it used one of the group’s songs in a TV advert without permission.
In a statement on their website, the duo said they took “strong insult and objection” to the use of the tune in an ad during the Super Bowl on Sunday.
